The businesses involved in the Miami Entertainment District Association (MEDA) recognize the importance of supporting numerous school and charity projects that promote community well-being and public safety. Here are some of the projects that we have sponsored or supported:
1. Annual Christmas Toy Drive
2. Annual Back-to-School Program
3. Miami Police Gun Buy-Back Program
4. Officers Castillo and Hayworth Memorial Fund
5. Miami Police Department “Spring Day Celebration” for kids (Lummus Park)
6. H.E.L.P. Fund – a fund that raises money to purchase equipment for the Miami Police Department
