TIFFANY J. EATON graduated University of Miami Law School and has been a practicing attorney since 1999. She maintained her own private alcoholic beverage licensing practice prior to joining her current firm, Cove & Associates in 2006. Other areas of her practice include commercial business and property transactions, primarily representing buyers and/or sellers of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Ms. Eaton's first experience in the beverage industry came between 1996 -1999 when she assisted Raymond A. Doumar, Esq. with his beverage practice, including obtaining licenses and permitting within the tri-county area. Ms. Eaton has represented hundreds of businesses in the hospitality industry since becoming an attorney. Services include assistance with the purchase, sale or transfer of license; obtaining new licenses (2COP, 4COP, SRX, 3M, 3S, 11C); Filings for Variances and Exceptions to Zoning Codes; resolving administrative complaints filed by
DABT, and representation on criminal arrests. Ms. Eaton currently serves an advisory position of counsel for the Miami Entertainment District
Association, and has provided counsel to them since their formation in 2010.

Jeanette Travieso, CPA has been in the public accounting field since 1991. Jeanette specializes in a variety of individual and business solutions including tax planning and tax compliance for business and resident and nonresident individuals. Her knowledge in foreign tax law has helped her nonresident clients file all foreign forms correctly and avoid costly penalties. Most importantly, Jeanette has effectively worked to assist her business clients achieve their goals by making better decisions through detailed business analysis. Her main business industry expertise includes but is not limited to restaurant and bar establishments, retail stores, and wholesale and general service industries.
